SPHE8368-XU

SPHE8368-XU* is a highly integrated SOC for IVI applications based on ARM Cortex-A7. With the support of USB optical drive and AV data processing back-end, SPHE8368-XU can support DVD playback. It features MPEG1 / MPEG2 / MPEG4-SP / H.264 video decoders that can decode full high-definition video streams. SPHE8368-XU is SIP-ed with DDR3 and it is fabricated with advanced silicon process and offers higher CPU performance and more DRAM bandwidth. This SoC also includes a powerful audio DSP

SPHE8368-XU has two embedded DRAM size versions. SPHE8368-2U is SIP-ed with 2Gb DDR3 and SPHE8368-4U is SIP-ed with 4Gb DDR3.
