SPHE8268K is a highly integrated SOC for IVI applications with base on Andes N13. With the support of USB optical drive and AV data processing back-end, SPHE8268K can support DVD playback. It features MPEG1 / MPEG2 / MPEG4-SP / H.264 video decoders that can decompress full high-definition video streams. SPHE8268K is SIP-ed with 512Mb DDR2 and it is fabricated with advanced silicon process and offers higher CPU performance and more DRAM bandwidth. This SoC also includes a powerful audio DSP
