SPHE8368-U

SPHE8368-U is a highly integrated SOC for IVI applications based on ARM Cortex-A7. SPHE8368-U can support DVD playback. It features MPEG1 / MPEG2 / MPEG4-SP / H.264 video decoders that can decode full high-definition video streams. SPHE8368-U is SIP-ed with 1Gb DDR2 and it is fabricated with advanced silicon process and offers higher CPU performance and more DRAM bandwidth. This SoC also includes a powerful audio DSP which can fully support a variety of sound effects.
